Jewellery store owner gifts cars, bikes to staff as a Diwali bonus

Cool Story - Jewellery store owner gifts cars, bikes to staff as a Diwali bonus

This year's stunning Diwali bonus was given to staff members by the proprietor of a jewellery store in Tamul Nadu. Most employees are anticipating their Diwali bonus as the major holiday approaches.

Jayanthi Lal, the owner of Challani Jewellery, decided to thank his staff this year by giving them vehicles and bikes for Diwali. Jayanthi Lal has demonstrated to be a man with a golden heart in this epidemic period where most businesses are embracing cost-cutting methods.

According to reports, Jayanthi Lal spent Rs 1.2 crore buying cars and bikes for his staff members. "They have worked with them through all of the ups and downs," the businessman was quoted as saying by ANI. This is done to support their efforts.

They are providing 10 people automobiles and 20 people bicycles. He said, "they are my family, not just my employees." He, therefore, intended to treat them like his family by surprising them. After this, he was utterly delighted. Owners should show their respect for their employees and coworkers by providing them with presents.

Jayanthilal's heartwarming deed made internet users think of Jethalal Gada from the venerable sitcom "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah." Owner of Gada Electronics and actor Dilip Joshi's character Jethalal Gada, he won't raise the pay of his staff.

A Twitter user remarked, "Jethalal could follow the example of his grandpa and instantly enhance the salary of Nattu Kaka and Bagha." Another person wrote, "IT companies be giving one dry fruit package." Another joked, "500 yen Amazon discount to save delivery fees."

Another person remarked, "That's wonderful, hard work should be recognised." "Interesting to know, the reaction of his consumers," another user said. As another user wrote, the love and support of the online community never stopped "It's admirable that he wants to give some of his revenues to his staff. It's difficult to find good deeds these days ".
