WeVersity.org Gives People the Education they Need to Get Employment

Cool Story - WeVersity.org Gives People the Education they Need to Get Employment

Almost everyone is looking for employment nowadays. If you’re going to stand out, you need to have an education. Having the proper knowledge and skills will give you a better chance in the workforce. In fact, a March 2020 study showed an 86 percent higher employment rate for those with a higher level of education. WeVersity.org is a website that can provide you with the education you need. On this website, you will find classes that will teach you the necessary skills you will need to get a job. WeVersity.org will also provide a coach to help you find out what kind of job will be best suited to you. It’s the goal of WeVersity.org to match people up with jobs based on their qualifications.

There are two phases you will go through with WeVersity.org. First, they need to see if you qualify for their help. WeVersity.org focuses mainly on people who cannot work outside the home for various reasons. Such reasons may include:

  • Not being able to find work despite having a conventional education.

  • People who can’t work because they're taking care of another family member or a child.

  • Being unable to work because of a disability.

  • Having a hard time finding work due to being in an isolated area.

After seeing if you qualify, you can apply for assistance at WeVersity.org. The website will look over your profile, and match you up with a coach. This coach will conduct an interview with you, to discover your strengths, weaknesses, and skills. At this point, the coach will direct you to the right job opportunity based on this discussion. The coach will allocate courses to you, and they’ll provide support to make sure you finish them all.

Phase two involves actually finding good, quality jobs where a person lives. WeVersity.org will work with local companies and businesses to connect them with the employees they need. Coaches and trainers will be hired to mentor new employees. Ideally, these mentors will be retired, as they will have important knowledge in their respective domains. WeVersity.org encourages students to learn new skills, so they can make a living. This is a non-profit organization, but donations can help WeVersity.org with their mission. It’s these alliances that make it possible for WeVersity.org to help all the people they do.
