Embrace diversity for a better tomorrow. Let's not leave it for next generations to solve but let's come up with a working solution now so our kids and future generations can live happily.

Cool Story - Embrace diversity for a better tomorrow. Let's not leave it for next generations to solve but let's come up with a working solution now so our kids and future generations can live happily.

The solution starts with accepting the facts. It is obvious that America is becoming more diverse each day and the coming change is inevitable. Our goal should be to come up with a solution that is fair to all regardless of the color of their skin, gender, beliefs, and background. Why should the majority or minority matter anyway if a system exists which gives equal opportunity and rights to all regardless of any personal demographic factors? Please see how rapidly the demographic is changing, we should not make the laws and regulations based on which particular group is going to be in majority or minority but the laws should be equal for everyone and should be followed with the same spirit for all. That's the only way we can leave a fair and peaceful future for our kids and next generations. Please see how rapidly the demographic is changing which may again change in the future in another direction so let's solve this issue now and forever.

Racial profile of U.S. population, 2045 - Brookings

America is a nation of progression and people with a vision. It is true that this nation has seen all sorts of problems in the past, but collectively, our previous generations have always been able to come up with a working solution for each issue. There is no doubt that we have come a long way from darkness but still, there is more to be done. We need to continue that struggle and find a fair solution for racial equality for all. This solution will surely come sooner or later. The question is whether we are strong and bold enough to come up with this solution now or leave it for our kids and future generations to go through the challenges and problems we are facing today and have them resolve it. I am sure that we all want our kids to never have to go through these problems regardless of what their race is and never have them worry about whether they are in the minority or majority. Let's come up with one voice to find a fair and reasonable solution for racial or any other sort of discrimination.

Interestingly, the solution to eliminate discrimination is not that difficult to find but implementing this solution with full resolve has been the issue. We already have the laws in place which allow equal rights to everyone but we need better implementation of these rules. In addition to implementing these rules, we need to start taking initiatives to educate people on how to embrace diversity. Together we can build a stronger society and leave a better world to our future generations.
