A Lake City-based group is seeking funds to serve veterans in the greatest way possible, by bringing them fishing.
Hooked on Heroes provides fishing outings at special events for veterans of all branches and skills. Thanks to the generosity of volunteers, the agency provides all required supplies for the excursion, including lunch.
Every $100 donation, they claim, assures that a veteran feels our gratitude through a full day of fishing and fun on the wide water of the Gulf of Mexico.
